- 7 Enterance Gate of SMS Medical College in name of batch 74 installed.
- Plantaion & Cleanliness in many villages and many-many other philanthropic activities.
- Purchased 3 Auto Tippers for collection of garbage.
- Adopted 2 KM long Station Road and 100 IMA Labeled Dust Bin installed on road side.

The only place in country where idol of lord Mahavir is there in the open on the road at चौराहा. The gate has symbols of all 14 religions. It has an Air Quality Monitor (ACM) which displays Air Pollution of 2.5 P and 10 P in PPM
